I went in total wine bought liquor, and i needed to return 2 of the 4 bottles i bought due to them not being what i wanted. I went back in the store to return the items so i could get what i needed, and the clerk returned my money and told me i had too many drinks and refused to sell me liquor. If i was suspected of drinking why would you sell me liquor the first time i come in? All of this happened in a 10 minute time span and i never even opened the 2 bottles that i didnt need to return. I felt as if i was discriminated.
Extremely incredible variety of EVERYTHING!! Tastings throughout the store. Fantastic selection of single craft beers! Will most definitely be back!!
Holy Cow!!! This place is massive - and I was just told there are others which are bigger! I cannot grasp how big this place is!!? They have so much!!!! And this store was exceptionally clean!!!Everyone was so nice. Amesha checked us out and was very polite and friendly!
Great selection and very clean, organized store but good luck receiving any level of service from the staff including the managers. Every time that we shop at this store, the same manager, Jeffrey, does not great you, offer assistance or offer to ring you out even when the line is 10 people deep. He just sits there staring at the computer screen or at his cell phone and ignores everything around him. My mother-in-law stated that many of her neighbors say the same thing and have stopped shopping there as a result. Again, great selection and clean store but the lack of service makes us want to shop elsewhere.
If they don't have it, you probably shouldn't drink it. Nicest store for wine, beer and liquor I have ever shopped at. They also have cigars but I am not a smoker and can't really comment on that. I always stop in when I have to go pick up family members at the airport. I come from Foley Al where liquor is about double the price as Total Wines. Love this place.
Came for the Garrison Brother's Bourbon and then picked up a few bottles for the bar. Great service, everyone (including the product marketers) were fabulous. Erin (I think was her name) the Garrison Brother's rep was great and led us through their bourbons in a fun and engaging way. In store selection was huge! I think prices were excellent. Total Wine & More will be my ho to store.
Called to make sure they had a bottle in stock before I made the drive was told they have it. Get to the store and no one can locate the the bottle kinda piss poorly ran if u can’t even find your inventory. That being said just a friendly reminder that even if they say that have it and it showing In stock online prepare to be let down.
Unbelievable. That is how I would describe the employees and management at this location. Rude, nasty, and hostile is how the manager acted towards me. Screaming at me as I was trying to leave. Apparently professionalism, civility, and decorum means nothing to the people who work here. I will certainly never come back.
